Terms of Use

The terms, in plain English.

Short and honest. If anything here is unclear, email hello@wellora.ai and a person will answer.

What Wellora is

Wellora is a community wellbeing app. Hosts run a space, and members join free. It supports wellbeing and participation. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical advice, and nothing in it replaces the advice of a health professional.

Who pays

Members never pay. The host pays, and only when the group outgrows the free tier. You are never charged without hearing from us first.

Your data

We do not read your data, and we never sell it. Hosts see participation, never raw health data. Wellora is hosted in Australia. The details are on the Privacy and your data page.

Using Wellora well

Be decent to the people in your space. Hosts are responsible for what they post to their group. Do not use Wellora to harass anyone, to impersonate someone, or to collect information about people without their knowledge.

Leaving

You can stop using Wellora at any time. Members can leave a space whenever they like. Hosts can close a space whenever they like.

You do. The practices, reflections, and data you log belong to you. We store them to provide the app to you, and you can export or delete them at any time.

No. Wellora is a wellbeing tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, and your Wellness Score is not a clinical measure. Always seek professional advice for health concerns.
