- We do not read your data.
Your check-ins are yours. What you record each day belongs to you.
- Hosts see participation, not raw health data.
A host can see who is active and who has gone a bit quiet, never your underlying health details.
- Hosted in Australia.
Your community data stays onshore.
- Members always free, and we never sell your data.
The host pays for Wellora. You are not the product.
- You are never charged without hearing from us first.
That applies to hosts too. No silent charges, ever.

Privacy Policy
Last updated 24 June 2026. This is the same document shown inside the Wellora app.
Wellora is a personal wellbeing companion. Your privacy comes first. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, where it lives, and the control you have. In plain terms: your data is yours, we never sell it, and we run no advertising or third-party tracking. To improve the app we collect a little anonymous usage data and crash reports, never your health information.
What information do we collect?
Account details: the email address or mobile number you sign in with, and your name, which we use only to greet you.
Health and activity, with your permission: steps, distance, active energy, active minutes, stairs, sleep, weight, and cardio fitness (VO2 max) from Apple Health. We read this data only; we never write back to Apple Health.
Your practices: the mood check-ins, reflections, breathing sessions, and connections you choose to log.
A profile photo, if you add one. It is stored only on your device and is never uploaded or shared.
Anonymous usage and diagnostics: a little non-identifying data about how the app is used (such as app opens and errors) plus crash reports, used only to keep Wellora reliable. This never includes your health information.
How do we use your information?
To show your activity and your Wellness Score, your trends over time, and gentle, optional reminders.
We do not sell your data, and we run no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We do use anonymous, first-party diagnostics and crash reports (such as app opens and errors), never your health information, to keep the app reliable.
Your Wellness Score is a general wellbeing measure, not a medical or clinical assessment.
Where does your data live, and who can see it?
Your data is stored in your own account, encrypted, and hosted in Australia.
Your raw health information is owner-only by design. We have locked down access so that no one at Wellora reads your exact weight, step counts, or daily logs while running the service, and we never sell or share them.
Wellora is solo. Nothing you log is shared with anyone. If a future version lets you join a program, you would choose what to share, and you could withdraw it at any time.
What about notifications?
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You choose the time, you can turn any of them off, and they never carry your health numbers.
What are your rights?
You can export everything we hold for you, in-app, at any time.
You can delete your account in-app. Your account and data are then erased permanently and completely straight away.
You can disconnect Apple Health at any time from Manage my data.
Is Wellora a medical device?
No. Wellora supports healthy habits. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. If you have a health concern, please speak with a qualified professional.
Who can use Wellora?
Wellora is for people aged 18 and over.
What if this policy changes?
If we change this policy we will update it here and let you know. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@wellora.ai.
